The glass exterior of the building allows you to appreciate the power of light and color of the installation from a great distance from the building. Upon entering, the visitor is greeted by the three imposing blocks that levitate above the entrance stairs.
The strategic location of the cuboids makes it possible to generate a spectacle of synchronized light totally visible from the outside, turning the building into a living entity.
As you walk down the stairs, the perspective changes every second allowing you to appreciate the volume in all its dimensions. During live events. the entire building comes to life and the installation is synchronized with the music, the people, and the vibrant pulse of the city of Hamburg.

Light Adaptability
One of the main characteristics of the building is its translucency and openness in the spaces. It is conceived as an open environment where daylight and the exterior landscape of the building play a primary role.
The installation automatically adapts to the lighting conditions of the environment, changing its content intelligently in total connection with the environment and the appropriate energy consumption needs.
Volumetric Art Generation
We have used Unity and Cinema4D to generate the essential volumetrics. Subsequently, they have been refined and rendered in our Prome3 volumetric file generator. The architectural characteristics and the philosophy of the place have been taken into account, using the structures as digital sculptural elements and also as elements of volumetric light.
Smart Building Data
The building has detection systems (temperature, movement, etc.) that go to a central processing system. We are adapting an absorption channel for this data to transform the volumetric content in real-time based on the information absorbed by the building in real-time. The design is based on the integration of Smart Building data and TouchDesigner.
The installation is fully visible from all angles of the hall and its evolutionary capabilities can have the ability to absorb and process the information collected by the building's sensors to use it for interaction functions in an artistic format.
The constant flow of data opens the possibility of integrating learning systems that improve and make these interactions more sophisticated.
**Music Performance integration **
Hammerbrooklyn is a multicultural building prepared to host live events and performances. The DragonO installation is ready to interact in real-time with artists and musical events generating sound-reactive content in Unity and TouchDesigner or for live VJ performance in Resolume.
