Spatial Festival introduces for the first time DragonO2 and the LedPulse artist collective. This time with the creation of a unique installation in harmony with the tridimensional sound of MONOM studio in Berlin.

The audience of SPATIAL FESTIVAL enjoyed several expressions of this new combined format. Visual and audio artists worked in a team in order to create a completely immersive experience from completely different angles.

The DPC (Dragon point cloud) was implemented for the first time by LedPulse and The Node Institute. A system that allows the capture of reality and transfers it to the Dragon volumetric format in all its dimensionality. Human bodies and faces are scanned in real-time through a combined system of multi Kinect Azure and TouchDesigner. In addition, the pre-recorded material was played live in VJ sessions using Resolume software.
